Below: Local businessman Jim Moore (center) was honored with the first annual Jim Moore Award at the Monument Board of Trustees meeting May 21. The Historic Monument Merchants Association teamed with the board to create the award to honor those who help preserve and enhance the historic downtown area following the standard set by Moore.
